How can my Club include its race in the League?

The races are chosen at the AGM. To submit a race you should contact the League Chairman ahead of the AGM so that s/he can include it in the list of candidates to be presented to the AGM.

A number of factors are considered but there are no hard and fast "rules".

• The league will always give preference to races organised by Clubs affiliated to Warwickshire County AA.
• Races should have a permit, be safe and well organised.
• The League is for road races but a limited stretch of off road is acceptable if the surface is solid, safe and stable enough to run in racing flats in all weather conditions.
• The entry fees and closing date should be reasonable for an affiliated athlete who enters many races over the season.
