What are the awards?
The awards are plaques that are retained by the athletes.
A plaque is awarded to the winning male and the winning female of each age group (Junior, Senior, O35, O45, O55 and O65) provided they have competed in the required number of races.
A second place plaque is awarded for each group in which at least 5 athletes have competed in the required number of races and a third place plaque is awarded for each group in which at least 7 athletes have competed in the required number of races.
A shield is awarded to the winning male team and the winning female team in the Open team competition.
